Privacy notice
Hermes Crypto Monitor is a personal-use crypto research and advisory-report tool. Its owner is its sole operator. This notice describes the limited Drive archive integration; it does not confirm that authorization, scheduled monitoring or real upload verification is active.
Limited Google Drive access
If the owner authorizes Google access, the integration requests only drive.file. This permission limits access to app-created or explicitly selected files, rather than the whole Drive. The current archive adapter creates its own archive folder and works with its app-created archive records; it does not provide a general file-selection or document-browsing interface.
The integration does not request broad Drive, Gmail or Calendar access. It is not a general Drive document-reading assistant.
What is used and why
The integration uploads generated policies, reports, evidence and decision records for the owner’s private research archive. It reads archive metadata and uploaded content to verify uploads, including file identity, size and content integrity. These records may contain the owner’s research and decision information.
Generated reports may be prepared with the owner’s configured AI services. That report-preparation workflow is separate from the limited Drive archive integration; this notice does not promise that those services never receive report-preparation material.
There is no sale of data or advertising use of Google data through this integration.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored privately on the owner’s cloud server; archive contents are stored in the owner’s Google Drive. Credentials and private archives are not published on these informational pages.
Local working copies can also exist on the owner’s cloud server pending verified upload and under owner-approved retention. Uploading does not itself delete local originals. There is no fixed automatic deletion period promised: retention and cleanup require the owner’s review and approval.
Revoke access or delete records
The owner can revoke the app’s access in Google Account third-party access settings. Revocation stops further authorized access through that grant; it does not delete existing archives or local copies.
The owner can manually delete archived files and folders in Google Drive and separately review local working copies for deletion. The current archive adapter does not automatically delete Drive archives.
